No place for the faint-hearted with Corin Vanilla and Grandis getting along early. HUNGRY GHOST (8) is a distance specialist who has been racing in great heart with two top-three finishes on end, the latest a second over 1500m at this track when he was always up in the leading division. Goes up a rung or two but he is capable of running a bold race. CORIN VANILLA (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 3 lengths at this track and distance when resuming from a spell last start. Finds the right race and can get the job done again. WIN FEDE (7) did a great job to score by one length over today's course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. GRANDIS (4) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has 12 placings from 16 runs this preparation, finishing third most recently over 1700m at this track. Sure to be about the mark again.
