AMARTEY (8) finished fourth last start, beaten 14 metres at Melton over 1720m. Can travel in a nice spot from this draw and wait on the sprint lane if necessary. Tackles a similar assignment and he can play a major role in the outcome. MONEY TALKS (4) has been in the placings two times from as many appearances this prep. Again performed impressively at the most recent appearance, making up plenty of ground but finding a couple better over 2150m at Bendigo. Good enough to put himself in the winners' stall. WALKIN UNDERSTARZ (1) is stepping out for the first time. By Father Patrick and hails from the John Tormey stable. No excuses from this advantageous draw. Was not far away in a recent trial and is sure to prove very hard to beat from the coveted pegs. GOLDEN SKIES (3) was easily accounted for when eighth over 1690m at this circuit recently at her first race start. Strips fitter and can improve sharply.
