Finds a nice race and will prove very tough to beat once more. MONARCH PRINCE (7) is in good form at present. Finished fourth at his latest appearance over 2000m at this track, beaten 8 metres. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position. Big chance based on those recent efforts. ALDEBARAN CRYSTAL (4) is worth another chance after a last-start ninth over 2000m at Rangiora six weeks ago. HERE COMES JANE (6) ended last prep with a fourth at Ashburton Raceway over 2400m 12 weeks ago. Capable of a forward showing while fresh-up.
