Look for a strong early tempo with Mozu Maverick setting the tone from an outside draw, joined by Prospect. PROSPECT (4) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 6 lengths away in second over 2000m at this track. Will take advantage of the good draw. In a suitable race and can go on to take this out. LILIENFELD (14) improved last time out, finishing 1.75 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 2200m at Nakayama after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. WHITE BEACH (15) resumes from a spell of ten weeks. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 2000m at Kokura. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. SALVIANO (6) produced a fair effort on debut last time out when 5.5 lengths from the winner in sixth at Nakayama over 2000m. Among the better hopes.
