No noted leader so it looks a very modest tempo. BUTTERFLYROCK (5) has been busting to win and ran her best race last time when narrowly beaten over 1400m. Tumbles in weight and the step up to the mile shouldn't be an issue. She gets another chance. JURUENA GOLD (6) settled too far back last time but had been threatening a win prior. He also enjoys a weight drop and it's been a while since he's had the benefit of an inside alley. PILOTE (4) was well beaten from a wide barrier last time but impressed winning the 50 prior. Drops back to the mile and should be around the mark. It's a similar story for MONEY FOR OLD ROPE (3) who won at York two back but he has been kept fresh for the mile. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Butterflyrock.
