Rain Boy and Game Cove possess good early speed and will battle for early honours. THEBIGSOSSO (4) was well below his best last start at Gawler when all but retired from the race. Was racing in much better form at the beginning of the prep and should prove very hard to beat if he can recapture that form. The inside alley is a bonus. EXALTED KATE (6) comes in on the fresh side with 30 days between runs after disappointing at Gawler. Wasn't far away two back at Oakbank against tougher opposition, with the form out of the race stacking up superbly. Will need some luck from the wide alley but is right in the mix on best efforts. GAME COVE (9) possesses plenty of early and is sure to give backers a bold sight. Just doesn't win out of turn. FUGACITY (1) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Thebigsosso the one to beat.
