Without a great deal of early pace evident Sparkels Dior may lead the way over Shootthelightsout. SACRED INGOT (3) made an encouraging debut at Ballarat over 1400m, settling midfield and running on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Better for that and the slight rise in trip will suit. Hard to hold out. MISSILE MEG (4) is a 14-start maiden who is coming off a very narrow defeat here over 1300m. She's tactically versatile and may appreciate the rise in trip. Chance. REBEL MISSILE (8) ran above her 100-1 expectations here first up over 1400m, finishing fourth. That was her first run for the Eurell stable and off it she must have some hope. ALWAYS FIORENTE (2) resumes. This looks like a good trip for him to kick off at. Could run a sneaky race. HANAFUBUKI (6) is a filly by Savabeel on debut who could figure in a fairly thin maiden. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sacred Ingot to win.
