Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Drift Net. IDHANA (5) raced at Group level on debut. Switched to the Price-Kent barn and impressed here first-up narrowly beaten from the speed. The colt had been 410 days off the scene and is sure to have taken plenty of improvement. He can go one better. DRIFT NET (12) is a leader who has been heavily bet her last two caught late. Draws the rail again and Shinn is a key jockey switch. Fourth up now and will take catching. SAKOWIN (13) is right up to this at best and will be better for the first-up outing when she led them up. Can take a sit today and the winkers are first-time applied. Has a handy 2kg claim and quick improvement is anticipated. LIFE SENTENCE (7) led and found more like his best beaten 1.6L over 1512m. Has the tongue tie applied for the first time and deserves consideration. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Idhana.
