They should get along early on with plenty of speed on show. SWING WITH JUNIOR (3) is racing so consistently at this level and operates best on her home track. 1300 metres is about as far as she wants but in a small field she should not have to work hard to find a spot early on. Hard to beat. SOUL SPIRIT (4) has needed both of her runs back from a spell this prep and battled on fairly here just over 4 weeks ago. She will be spot-on third up and is expected to be right in the finish here. INFLUENTIAL JACK (2) has yet to break through on his home track and he is in the middle of a win drought. He improved to finish third last time out and gets Jarrod Todd back in the irons this time. Stick with him. BART'S BULLET (5) has raced his way back into form and even though this is a slight step up in company, he is racing well and another sound effort can be expected. COMMAND KING (1) last raced nearly 5 weeks ago over 2000 metres and should have no problem with a drop in trip to 1300 metres. The pole position will help as will the small field. Can win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Swing With Junior to win.
