Must raise the bar but she has the ability to test this field. JILLIBY RADIANCE (2) won at this track two runs ago before finishing second at her latest appearance over 1650m at Bendigo, beaten 7 metres. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of a return to winning ways. MORNING DOVE (1) is worth another chance after a last-start ninth over 1650m at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

 ORLANDO VEYRON (1) turned in a strong performance last start when he battled on bravely to just miss out over 1690m at this track. Has the benefit of a good draw. Facing a tougher assignment but he is up to the task. ZIPPIN PAST (6) failed to emulate her victory at this track two starts ago when second last time out after she led and battled on well at Bendigo over 1650m. Meets a comparable field and she can play a big role. CALLINAN (8) must be considered after he finished third over 1690m at this track three weeks ago after having raced outside the leader at the bell. MY LADY MAC (3) did a good job to finish in the minor placings two runs back then things went sour last time when she broke following interference and finished a long way back in seventh over 1650m at Bendigo.  FREMARKS PEGGY (7) gave her opponents no chance last start when she cruised to a 10 metres victory over 2200m at Horsham after racing outside the leader at the bell as the warm favourite. Has to contend with a very wide draw. Meets a similar line up so she can keep the ball rolling. ALABAMA MAY (8) was out of the money two back at Charlton. Turned in a better run last time out when second over 2150m at Bendigo, beaten a nose. Drawn to enjoy an economical run and might sweat on the sprint lane. Steps up a level but she is up to the task. JESSICAS STORY (3) is on the radar after her last-start fourth over 2150m at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago after was caught wide over the early running. ZIPPING VOLSTEAD (5) could only finish seventh over 1609m at Cranbourne most recently. Open to improvement and is in the mix.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Likely to run a big race to kick off this campaign. WITH APLOMB (8) finished fourth last start over 2150m at Bendigo, beaten 7 metres. Best recent result was a win at this track three starts ago over 1690m. No harm in drawing here with the sprint lane to rely upon. Won't find this any harder and she can find winning ways. WATCH AND ACT (5) has paced in all of his last four starts and must be considered after he finished third over 2150m at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago. KINGS GALLERY (6) is a big chance following a run of three top-three finishes, the latest at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago. Real threat to the top selections. THEMIDNIGHTEXPRESS (8) must be considered after he finished third over 2190m at this track three weeks ago after he raced three-back on the pegs at the bell.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Has won all of his three career runs. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. MIDNIGHT MOTH (5) saluted two runs back then things went sour last time when he broke and finished 18 metres back in fourth over 1650m at Bendigo after leading at the bell. Needs to get it right to beat this field but he is up to the job. ROCKNROLL WISH (4) is the next elect off a last-start win by 7 metres at Bendigo over 1650m when fresh from a spell. Has won all of his last three runs. SECRET SERVICE AGENT (3) must be considered after he finished runner-up when resuming over 1650m at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago. He has placed in all of his last four runs.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

 POPPY POPSTAR (2) made it two on the trot last time out when she led and battled on well to score by 25 metres at Horsham over 2200m. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Meets some better types this time but another trip to the winners' circle is not out of the question. ARTIGAS (10) finished second at his most recent outing, beaten 2.25 metres, in a nice return to form at Bendigo over 1650m when second-up from a break. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Meets a comparable field and he can find the winners' circle. DEEP LOVE (6) was responsible for a better effort last time out when third over 2180m at Kilmore. Should run a big race. BLACKRANGE GLORY (11) is also in contention although the draw makes his job a bit tougher.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

 WAR DAN BUDDY (1) is a genuine black-type performer who was too good last start, winning at Listed level over 2240m at Melton by 3 metres. Ideally drawn and can win again in this easier race. BAY OF BISCAY (10) turned in another strong performance last time when he battled on bravely to finish third over 1720m at Melton, adding to his impressive overall record. No favours expected from this draw. Meets a similar line up and he is a strong winning hope. CALEXICO (8) is in the mix following a sixth at his most recent appearance over 2300m at Menangle after having raced in behind the leader to the turn. HES FROM HEAVEN (5) comes here fresh from a third in a Listed feature won by War Dan Buddy four weeks ago over 2240m at Melton. Should enjoy a lovely run and looks a genuine contender.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. SAM NIEN (5) must be considered after he finished third when resuming from a spell over 1720m at Melton eight days ago. KYVALLEY MICHAEL (10) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Draws out a little on the second line and may need luck at some point. Leading hope if he is at his best. CONNIES PRESIDENT (12) scored two runs back before having his colours lowered at his latest appearance over 2200m at Horsham, beaten 12 metres into third after being handy all the way. Draws out a little on the second line and may need luck at some point. Has the talent to return to the winners' list. CHAMPAGNES (9) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
