PIESRIDINGSHOTGUN (2) proved too good at his latest appearance at Kilmore, crossing from wider to lead before scoring comfortably by 11 metres. That gave him two wins and a placing from the last three outings. Has the speed to take advantage of the low draw so can win again. WITH APLOMB (6) led from a similar barrier to this when she scored at Maryborough two runs ago before chasing Piesridingshotgun for second at her latest appearance. A wider draw won't make it easy to to turn the tables on that rival but she is ticking along well. STRAIGHT TO THETOP (8) will be fitter again third-up and is looming as a threat after an improved effort last start, beaten just a head into second at Shepparton. LILSTREPO (1) was far from disgraced when fourth from a wide barrier last start at Ballarat. Was going very well with a string of top-three finishes prior including a hat trick of wins. Yet to miss a place in three tries here including a win and draws to get every chance. LOU EASYANA (4) is on a quick back up from Maryborough on Monday where she was too good as a hot favourite, scoring by 6.4m. That made it back-to-back wins after taking a Vicbred Super Series consolation at Ballarat prior, both of those coming from this same draw. Big chance to land the hat trick. DELIGHTFUL MIKI (7) enjoys a class drop from the Vicbred and Breeders Crown series and does her best work at this distance with a win and two placings from three attempts. WICKED MITZI (6) produced a strong effort at her latest appearance, overcoming a back row draw and scoring by 1.6 metres at Charlton. That was her second success from the last three outings. Up in grade but can take this step. SWISS LIGHTNING (2) put the writing on the wall with back-to-back placings before he scored a decisive win last time out at Horsham, getting home by 13.5 metres in a dominant display. Another rising in grade but he draws lower and loves this circuit and distance, recording three wins and a placing from four attempts. DIRECT COMMAND (10) continues a run of second row draws but is racing well from there with a win and a second in the last two outings at Kilmore. MAJOR BERT (3) is in good form with top-four finishes in his last three outings, all from wider draws than this. Finished second at his latest appearance at Melton, beaten 2.2 metres after racing parked. Races well here and has the benefit of a good draw. ANAKIN (8) has been racing well of late, finishing top-three in his last five outings including a Kilmore win. Came from this barrier for second at his latest appearance at Melton and there is no harm in drawing here with the sprint lane to rely upon. Owns a good record here and has strong claims. KATUNGA EXPRESS (6) has been racing consistently and is on the radar in this line-up. TEX GOES BANG (5) overcame a tough draw to win three back at Shepparton and was solid in finishing fourth after working last start at Melton. Draws wider but with even luck he is good enough to put himself in the winners' stall. LORIMERMAJOR (2) has had a series of wider or second row draws but there have been some good efforts including a Shepparton win two back. Well served by this barrier and owns a good record at this circuit and distance. REGAL ROCK (7) may need luck from a wide draw but is racing well, winning at Maryborough before finishing only 2.7m away last time. ZAPPA (2) is lightly-raced but progressing well and looks close to a win after back-to-back placings, last time working but missing narrowly at Mildura. Draws closer to the pegs so gets the chance to break through. ROCKNROLL COWBOY (3) is stepping out for the first time. By Rock N Roll Heaven and hails from the Latter stable. Has strong trial form coming into this, winning his latest hitout and he draws well. FIVE CENT (1) has had much wider barriers in two starts so far this campaign and showed improvement last time. DONA AMALIA (8) made a nice return at her latest appearance nine days ago, working early before finishing third in this grade at Charlton. Can settle just behind them and wait on the sprint lane. Fitter and races well at this circuit and distance so can progress. MONTANA CHEVELLE (7) overcame a tough draw for a Maryborough win last month and has produced some decent efforts since including a placing here and a fourth from this barrier at Ballarat. Draws wide but has winning claims with even luck. MAGIC LAW (2) draws well and could be ready to peak after finishing runner-up in two of three starts so far this campaign.
