Resumed for second prep with an eye catching second over 1000m at Wellington on April 14. Finds a fairly weak maiden and expected to go one better today. HOT EXTRACTION (1) fitter after two runs back and much better effort when sat on the speed for a fighting second over 1290m at Orange on April 19. Lugging bit comes off and has the speed to get across from the wide gate. Go close. WESTBROOK (2) surprised at big odds on resumption when rattled late to secure second over 1000m at Queanbeyan on April 22. A repeat of latest brings him right into calculations. POLENS (9) has race fitness on her side after making ground late when fifth over 1100m at this track on April 25. Backs-up quickly and has claims.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Feimazuo to win.

Solid tempo with Firealarm possessing the dash to work to the lead. GIGI FILLE (9) handy mare resuming after a four month break. Raced in stronger company last time in and since fitted with two trials. Down sharply in grade for this and should prove hard to hold out. NAMOI RIVER (2) nice return when found the line late to secure second over 1200m here on February 29. Well drawn and should race closer from the good gate. RAINAGAIN (4) improving with racing and will find this more to his liking after tiring late when fourth over 1300m at Canberra on April 12. Cross-over nose band goes on and can run into the minor money. FIREALARM (10) resuming after a four-and-a-half month break. Stretched out in trip last time in and no surprise to see him sprint well fresh here with the one trial under the belt.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Gigi Fille to win.

Plenty of early pace from Hillbilly Pickin', Jennio's Filly and More Voltage primarily. TAIPAN LEGEND (7) looks ready to win fifth-up after sitting on the pace for a gritty close-up fourth over 1400m at Newcastle on April 24. This looks much easier and will take holding out. JAWHARAT DUBAI (9) Neasham-trained filly due for a change of luck. Finished in the minor money again when powered late to finish second over 1500m at Kembla Grange on April 20. Can race closer from the draw and go close. MORE VOLTAGE (5) on the quick back-up when jumped in trip for a fading sixth over 1600m at Hawkesbury on April 18. A repeat of his runs two and three back can see him take a hand in the finish. SHARE THE JOY (11) total forgive from the wide gate when a plugging seventh over 1350m at Wyong on April 11. Well drawn and sharp improvement is expected.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Taipan Legend and Jawharat Dubai to fight out the finish.

Fitter now and expected to be play a leading role today. SUCCESSFUL (5) lightly raced mare back in class for this after resuming with an even fourth over 1310m at Orange on April 19. Goes just as well second-up and sure to be strong through the line. TITAN STAR (1) tough gelding who gives the indication he's looking for this trip now. Strong late when sixth over 1010m at Orange two-and-a-half weeks ago. Senior rider on and looks a genuine top-three contender. BOOROWA GIRL (9) won well at Orange three back at big odds and worth another chance today from the good draw. Winning rider back on and can add value to the exotics.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 4,5,1,9.

Solid tempo set by No Escaping This and Kalpana who are both capable of leading. BOBBY SHIRAZ (2) Bjorn Baker-trained gelding who indicated he was near his top when up in trip for a plugging second over today's track and trip on April 25. Backs-up quickly and looks well placed to secure his second victory. RUFF (4) best performance for some time after being taken to the front when a gritty head second over 2000m at Canberra on April 19. Heywood sticks and expected to figure prominently again. YACHTIE (11) finished in the minor money at his last two outings and sound effort when almost two month between runs finishing second over 1400m at Warren on April 20. Claim helps and placed over this trip two back. AWTAAR (9) two runs back have been okay and gives the indication the 1800m will suit. Has the right figures to take this out.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 2,4,11,9.

From leading country stable and looks well placed to win again. DRUNKEN SAILOR (4) big improver at second race start when he demolished his rivals over this track and trip on April 25. Returned good figures at latest and expected to prove hard to stop again. LOZEN (10) won well two back before jumping in grade and trip when a plugging seventh over 1700m at Wellington on April 14. Blinkers go on and expect her to figure prominently. RANGATIRA (5) drops in class and trip today after disappointing as fav when sixth over 1600m at Canberra in C3 company on April 19. Both wins have come at this trip and can return to form.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 8,4,10,5.

POPPY'S GIRL (6) trained on the track and due for a change of luck. Made up ground late when resumed with a solid fourth over 1200m at this track on April 25. Fitter now and expected to play a leading role. NASTY STREAK (4) trained locally and got off the mark at start seven when a fast finishing winner over 1100m here on April 25. Confidence is high now and can run into the money again.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Tokyo Ice to win.
