Group 3 placegetter MAESTRO (12) made it two wins from his last three starts when he scored by 4.5 metres on April 10 over 2150m at Bendigo. Has the class to take care of this field. SOSO MAJESTIC (7) has had two runs this prep without filling a placing. Was again unable to find the frame last start when he finished fifth over 1690m at Shepparton, beaten 9 metres. Finds a nice race and has sound each-way claims. CROOKWELL EYES (6) is on the radar after his last-start fifth over 2690m at Shepparton a week-and-a-half ago. Each way value. MAJESTIC CONNIES (2) was in the money two starts ago then things went amiss last start when he broke and finished 12 metres away in fifth over 2180m at Terang. Only needs to get things right to be in the money.
