Has a fair record at this track with a win and five placings. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Likely to feature. DEAD AHEAD (2) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 1600m at this track, finishing second and beaten a neck after being prominent at the bend. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. YAMANIN DOLL EYE (3) finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1400m at this track three weeks ago. Steps up in journey today. Reika Sekimoto stays on. Certainly one to consider. MEISHO FLAMME (9) finished second last time over 1300m at this track, beaten one length. Will trim down following recent racing. Worth plenty of thought.
