Expecting Slime to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. SLIME (7) was prominent in running on debut 21 months ago and battled on well for third over 1000m at this track. Has not been produced since. Sure to have improved over the break and looks well placed to be in the finish again. COSMO NAVIGATOR (11) was expected to do more last start when out of the placings over 1500m at this track, beaten 25 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GINZADE NOMU OTOKO (10) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 8 lengths when sixth in a 1200m contest at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SHINTO AKIRA (8) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
