Vol Ster, Ka Pilina and Noble Gale to take up the running at a decent tempo. KA PILINA (2) was resuming from a spell of three months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. Will give a great sight. BELLWETHER (4) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 5 lengths away in fourth over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt on March 10. Has never missed the frame when fresh from a spell in two starts. Rates highly and expected to go well. NOBLE GALE (9) broke through for his maiden win over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and he looks sure to be in the mix. ISACHILKAZENITATSU (12) is a promising galloper who got the prize at his only run last prep three-and-a-half months ago over 1400m at this track. Has scored first-up from a spell before. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. One of the better hopes.
