Draws out but will go close with average luck. EL OF A SAGA (4) disappointed last time in a Townsville Open but the near-miss at Cairns prior stacks right up. She can race handier today and should go close. CUPID'S SON (6) has won three of his last five and was heavily-backed winning the Atherton Open the latest. She also has a wide barrier but gets in light with the 2kg claim. VERBALIZER (2) resumed with a solid effort off the CL6 win at Townsville. Has a cruel gate but has more up the sleeve and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Bold Type.
