A solid tempo on the cards with Ripplet taking charge. MEISHO KOSHI (5) was too good last time out when scoring by 1.5 lengths as favourite over this distance. That gave him two wins and a close second from his last three outings, all at this track. Big chance to deliver again. LUMINA VICTOR (7) won twice in a row then continued a string of top-three finishes at this venue when he finished 4.5 lengths back in third in a richer race last time. Has never been out of the placings in five starts at this journey and should be hard to stop. MIYAGI ROAD (4) returned from a spell a week-and-a-half ago when he was in contention on the turn before being clocking in sixth. Strips fitter and can progress. CRAPE MYRTLE (1) was only beaten 4.6L when resuming from a spell last start. Strips fitter and has a strong record her with four wins and two seconds from seven attempts.
