Solid tempo with Philautia, Ecoro Jade and Inception going hard, closely attended by Iihi. HAKUAI ATHENA (4) improved last time out to score by 7 lengths as public elect over 1400m at this track. Meets some better types this time but another win beckons. INCEPTION (2) returns from a break of four months. Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a third over 1400m at this track. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. ECORO JADE (11) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track over 1400m. Has the speed to overcome the draw. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. PERLES CELESTES (8) was sixth over 1400m at this track last time out. Terrific chance to return to form.
