A solid tempo anticipated with Ripplet and Meiner Julian ahead of Peduncle Arch and Nac Express. PEDUNCLE ARCH (3) is getting close to breaking through after finishing a credible third last time out over 1400m at this track. Racing well and can go on with it. RIPPLET (1) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish third, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 1500m at this track. Expected to measure up again. VENOM (5) is a distance specialist who finished out of the money when fifth over 1500m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. NAC EXPRESS (6) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when ninth over 1400m at this track. Expect a better run this time.
