A strong gallop is likely with The Irish Boy and Box Of Crackers taking up the running, closely attended by Yiasou and Billabong Rose. KEVIN (1) led and recorded a strong Maiden win over 1100m at Wellington, getting there by 1.3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Keeps the handy 2kg claim and looks well placed to take the next step. STORMY SWEY (3) was safely held last start over 1000m at Orange, after a slow start. That followed a good win on debut at this track, and Matt Cahill is reunited off that. Presents fitter and he can get back on track. YIASOU (4) led and won by 5L in Maiden grade at Warren over 1400m and followed with a 1.5L defeat at Wellington over a mile. Drops back to a spring on a 3-week return and has a 2kg claim today. The speedy galloper is sure to give a sight. TEEPEE PRINCESS (5) resumes and has switched stables. Has the rail and has shown enough to suggest he'll be very competitive if presented on song. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Kevin.
