Loads of early pressure for top spot with Shooting For Kate or Craypot likely to prevail. MR LANNIGAN (2) looks perfectly placed today at his fifth run back to score his maiden victory. Came late but just found one better when 2nd over 1625m here on July 30. Will get every possible chance here from the good draw and will have little trouble running this trip right out. HEZA PLEAZA (3) has mixed form and another close to his peak. Go on run two back at Gatton when catching the eye late to run 2nd over 1400m on July 22. Can race much closer from the good barrier today. MR REDDINGTON (7) is a stoutly bred type who looks better placed back to this trip. Failed to stay the journey when 7th over 2500m at Ipswich on June 30. Freshened-up and expect a much better run. CRAYPOT (6) is sure to be thereabouts based on recent efforts. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mr Lannigan to win.
