SANONO LOVE ME (1) improved sharply with a win as favourite over 1500m at this track two weeks ago, getting home by 8 lengths after being prominent on the bend. Aided by the inside draw so anticipating another big run. SPADE GUINEA (8) last appeared five weeks ago over 1600m at Morioka Dirt when he finished second. This is his first run for the Kazuya Ibi stable. Leading hope for the new barn. EIGHT BEAT LETTER (3) hasn't been far off the placings in two starts since winning here. Has her share of ability. Contender. KUTSUWA FAMILY (4) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish second, beaten one length, over 1500m at this track. Expected to feature again.
