Moderate pace with Itsukushima taking up the running ahead of Skycatcher and Williamstown. SKYCATCHER (3) clearly on top. He was having his first run in Australia for the Price & Kent Jnr yard art Pakenham and ran out a tough winner, prevailing narrowly in a two-horse war. He's got plenty of upside and should be much better for that run, with the rise to 1600m suiting even better. ITSUKUSHIMA (5) might be the one to catch. He doesn't win out of turn but worked home well at Kilmore last time for second when beaten a head. Drawn wide here, expect they ride to lead and that will suit this track. MISTER BUSINESSMAN (2) is racing consistently, not far away at Donald last time when drawing wide. He can land closer here and prove tough to hold out. REAL ALLIANCE (6) is flying having beaten Itsukushima at Kilmore to notch up her third win in a row. Drawn well for Stackhouse, there's no reason she can't run very well again. WILLIAMSTOWN (4) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Skycatcher to win.
