Pace strong with Blitzkrieg and Ai Yo Amethyst pressing forward and Lupinus Tesoro kicking up from the inside alley. BLITZKRIEG (10) turned in a fine effort to score by 9 lengths at this track and distance last start in a far better run. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. KASHINO LUCAS (3) went fast early and went on to score by a nose last time out over 1400m at this track. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. AITAKA (11) was last at the races when she scored over 1400m at this track on May 18. Can make her presence felt. AI YO AMETHYST (9) finished a 22 length 11th when resuming last start over 1800m in stakes class at Kyoto. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Should be much improved.
