Solid tempo set by Majorelle and Memoria who are both capable of leading. MAJORELLE (4) undefeated at this track and chasing his third win from four starts this prep. Gave them a galloping lesson when a 0.8 len winner over 1120m at this track on September 12. Maps well again and will prove hard to run down. BONCASSIE (5) tough mare who returned to form with a gritty on pace win over i1300m at Coffs Harbour a week-and-a-half ago. Drops in weight and expected to go close again. MEMORIA (3) underrated mare with her hoof on the till. Fifth up for this after sticking on well when fifth over 1200m at Doomben in BM78 class on September 7. Can take a hand in the finish. BONAPARTE (1) this looks easier after coming out of a solid race when a poor eighth to Plundering over 1350m at Doomben on September 7. Saves his best for this trip and look for him late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 4,5,3,1.
