GALLOP TV MR 65 HANDICAP 1400m

Strong early tempo with L'ultimo, Dark Tide and Isikwishikwishi leading the way. LOU LOU THE LEGEND (8) has finished third in his last three starts for the MJ Odendaal stable. The manner in which he has been finishing off his races suggests that he will love the rise to 1400m. If this run has not come too soon, he can take this out. MOVE TO PROVE (6) has shown signs of needing his last two starts, the latest of which was here over this trip. He is having his peak run and drops in class. He is a horse with scope and is one of the leading contenders. COUNT MARSH (10) ran a fair race when fourth over this distance at Scottsville last time. He raced from a handy position and stuck on gamely to finish fourth. He gets the services of 4kg claiming apprentice Damyan Pillay which will assist his cause. With luck in running, he won't be a shock winner. ISIKWISHIKWISHI (3) was an easy winner when shedding his maiden tag on this track over this distance last start. He is up in class but can repeat the dose.
