Produced yet another strong performance last time when he battled on bravely to just miss out over 2700m at this track. Meets a comparable field and he can figure in the finish. MANTRA (5) finished eighth last start over 2200m at Alexandra Park, beaten 50 metres, after a good third here the run prior. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. BENJAMIN BUTTON (1) is better than his last-start seventh over 2200m at this venue. Worth another chance from the coveted pegs. KATIES PRINCESS (9) is also in contention although the draw makes her job a bit tougher.
