ROSCOS RESCUE (5) was in the money two runs ago, then was about the mark again last time over 2230m at this track, finishing 4.5 metres from the winner in third. Big chance based on those recent efforts. WHATA OPTIMIST (8) must be considered after he finished third over 2230m at this track five days ago. SHIRLEY NOT (2) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound fourth at Mildura over 1790m. Each way value here.
