Strong early tempo over this journey looks a certainty. MONTANA LADY (4) showed good speed from the outside gate but had little left final 250m when faded to run fifth over 1000m at Eagle Farm on August 3. Has won this track and can turn things around over this trip from the gate. BETTER WINSOME (3) was well supported when raced on the pace over 800m at Ipswich last start when breaking his maiden status. In good form but this much tougher. RADIANT QUEEN (5) has gone close in both runs in her career and can go close off the inside draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Montana Lady looks the one to beat.
