The pace looks even at best given a lack of early speed. MARINO THERESIA (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a neck from the winner in second over 1000m at Monbetsu. Aided by the inside draw and looks nicely placed to take this out. QUEEN ROUGE (6) turned in another decent effort last start to finish second at this course and distance after being prominent at the bend. That made it two placings from the last three runs so could be close to a win. HANA HIRAKU (10) is building towards her maiden success, the latest effort a solid second over 1200m at Monbetsu. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. LA SEINE (11) made progress last time out, finishing second at this course and distance. Go well again.
