Many of these have the speed to be prominent but is likely Jack In The Green can take up the running at a strong tempo. ON MY HONOUR (6) hails from the visiting Glen Kotzen stable. He made the expected natural improvement when winning his maiden over 1400m at Durbanville last start. He is a progressive type and should love the rise to the mile. If suited to the polytrack, he should be hard to beat again. GLOBAL STATE (5) is better than his last start in the Listed Champion Juvenile Cup. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. He is well-weighted and is one of the leading contenders. AMAZING COLOURS (7) showed good improvement when second here over this trip last time out. She raced from a handy position and fought hard but found one too good on the day. Luyolo Mxothwa steps back into the saddle and she can figure in the finish. SPECMAGIC (2) has consistent form lines to his credit. He won his maiden here over this distance, three runs ago. He runs well for Sandile Khathi and is worth including in all combinations.
