BRICK YARD (3) looks close to a win after finishing second in his two starts at this course and distance since a stable switch. Had plenty of admirers last time and was beaten just a neck. Draws lower this time. Among the top chances. DINKY (1) has continued a run of top-four results at this track and trip by finishing in the placings at his last two starts, clocking third last time when he was prominent throughout. Anticipating another big run. SOMBRERO (2) enjoyed a class drop when he worked home well and finished just 1.8 lengths from the winner in third at this course and distance. Looks to have his share of ability and draws to advantage. QUEEN'S STATE (7) ran a better race last start, finishing less than 4 lengths away in fourth. Can feature.
