Strong early tempo from Guerrera spearing over from an outside gate, with Snow On Her also pushing up. SHE'S TERNACIOUS (5) is holding her form well and was a winner of a similar race in this grade at Terang 3 starts back by a short-head. She is on a 7-day backup and is reunited with Tom Madden who has been aboard for all of her 4 career wins. Stick with her. BELLO BELLO (7) resumed from a long injury break at Bendigo just over 4 weeks ago and as expected, she peaked on her effort, finishing sixth. She will be a lot fitter second up and stays in the same class. She can take this without it being a surprise. GUERRERA (8) has needed all of her 3 starts back from a spell and was run down after leading last time out at Cranbourne. She is well placed in this easier company and she is expected to put her best hoof forward this time. Each way value. LACEMAKER (9) just lasted to score a tough win at Cranbourne nearly 2 weeks ago and is nicely weighted after a 2kg claim. She is in a good space and could try and take them all the way again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Guerrera each-way.
