GOING: G

Fred Civil Infrastructure (58) 1100m

Track: GOOD     Rail: True.

Expecting Faith And Love to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. WILD ROVER (2) was strongly fancied at $2.40 last start over 1100m at Fannie Bay but could only manage to finish fourth. Better than the last run suggests. CHAMPS D'OR (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Fannie Bay, finishing third and only 2 lengths from the winner. Stan Tsaikos has registered two minor placings when on board. Well placed here and should be in the finish. ROJO BOOM (3) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 11 starts, but he has been in the placings four times. Finished out of the money last start when fifth over 1100m at Fannie Bay, beaten 3.5 lengths. Ms S Wiseman stays on. Has winning claims on best figures. GREAT BOULDER (1) has switched yards since a 2.5 lengths win last start on synthetic at Ballarat Synthetic over 1400m. Tackles a dirt track for the first time today. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 2,5,3,1.
