Not expecting them to go too hard with a lack of pace evident. MIENO SIRIUS (6) resumes after racing at JRA level last time in. Finished sixth over 2000m at Nakayama at his most recent appearance on September 6. Has switched to the Kazumune Ito stable. Well placed at this level so is a strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. ALPHA SIRIUS (5) has missed the placings in both starts this time but the fitness is building. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. BLACK BEAT (4) wound up strongly only to just miss last start over 1200m at Monbetsu. May prove hard to beat in this suitable race. FUJISAN YENYASU (3) has yet to place this time in but draws well and will be fitter so looking for better.
