Expecting a genuine tempo. DALT JAZ (3) ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only half a length over 1200m at Rockhampton. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. ZAYA (7) was always forward and boxed on to finish fourth over 1200m at this track last time. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Will give a great sight. ANSWERING (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a head from the winner in second over 1050m here. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. The well-related COPPABELLA ROAD (5) (half to Listed winner and G3 placed Catoggio) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Townsville over 1000m. Has his share of talent and will prove hard to beat in this suitable race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 3,7,1,5.
