From a wide alley Sun Dubuque should slide across with Kung Fu Dance on the inside. KAUNEUS (4) kicked off the campaign with back-to-back placings then went forward last start and proved too strong, getting home by half a length over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Can go on with it. SUN DUBUQUE (10) was well fancied when resuming last start but disappointed. Better than that and should be improved. Rei Iwamoto who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Worth another chance. KUNG FU DANCE (1) finished fifth last start at this track but won the other two times she raced here. Should get every chance from this draw. TOA ANELA (6) improved last start to place at this course and distance. Capable of featuring prominently.
