ROYS PEAK (8) booted up from the inside draw to lead last start and was there on straightening before being claimed and finishing 1.8 lengths away in third over 1400m at this track. Will go forward again and looks tough to beat. SUNRISE GRIT (5) was well in commission last time when fourth and beaten 3.5 lengths at this track and trip. Strong record with Eita Inoue aboard, including three wins. Likely to feature. MEISHO UZUMASA (1) was fifth last start but won all four other attempts at this course ad distance. Look for a better run this time out. T UP X (7) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1400m at this track. May give this a shake.
