Maiden Race 1800m
AMERICAN ISM (2) looks the one to beat. Made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Will be very hard to beat with that run under the belt. LIBECCIO (3) raced once in the maiden preparation when tenth at Fukushima over 1800m back on June 29. Can improve sharply and is expected to feature. STRADONE (11) stepped out for his debut over 1800m at Hanshin back on September 21 and finished seventh, beaten 7 lengths. Resuming in easier. Plenty of scope for improvement. EKVATOR (4) stepped out on his debut over 2000m at Kyoto three weeks ago and finished sixth, beaten 9 lengths. Expected to be right there at the business end. |

Allowance Race 1400m
HIMINO ETOILE (7) closed last campaign with back-to-back placings, the last of which was at Kyoto Dirt nine weeks ago. K Ikezoe has registered three minor placings when on board. Trip suits fresh and expected to play a big role. LA LA BACCHANALE (12) finished third over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt at her last appearance on March 2 and returns today for a new stable. Good fresh performer with a win and one minor placings from three runs. Among the winning hopes. ANRI BABY (3) finished third last start over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 2.25 lengths. Likely improver with winning claims. HAYABUSA OHIMESAMA (1) won at this track and distance at her last outing four-and-a-half months ago, the only appearance of that campaign. Nana Kawaharada stays aboard. Solid claims on best form. |

Allowance Race 1800m
G T DARLING (4) didn’t threaten when resuming last start over 1800m at Tokyo, finishing sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths. Generally goes well with that run under the belt. Winning rider goes back aboard. Fitter again and expected to feature. POINT NEMO (9) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 2.75 lengths. Ready to win and should go well. ARC D'OR (14) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 17 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 3.5 lengths. Course and distance winner. Has a big finish and looks a strong winning hope. EIYU FIRE (1) is back at the races for the first time since September 27. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Comes here with definite top-three claims. |

Maiden Race 1600m
RIPI (14) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing a neck from the winner in second over 1600m at Tokyo. Will be very hard to beat with that run under the belt. TRIUMPH PASS (13) had support when resuming last time out and was only 2.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1400m at Kyoto. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. Likely to feature. JUNE AGAIN (10) was lining up for just the second time last start when fourth over 1800m at Kyoto, beaten 1.5 lengths. Has good early speed. Strong figure from the debut is the right form reference. HAPPY ROVER (3) raced once in the maiden preparation when sixth at Hanshin over 1600m back on September 27. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well. |

Newcomer Race 1400m
GO GO RICHARD (12) is a two-year-old colt by Suave Richard out of Bel Montage stepping out on debut for the Y Shono stable. Lots of winners in the family. Should hit the ground running. Watch for positive market moves. EFCHARISTO (8) is on debut for the Takeshi Okumura stable. Two-year-old filly by Lord Kanaloa from Signalize. Looks set for a bright start. Watch for positive market leads. WATER SAGRADA (1) is a nicely bred two-year-old colt lining up for the first time. By Silver State from Shining Sayaka who has produced a winner at stakes level. Should enjoy a nice run from this draw and any market lead would add to the confidence. TECHNO PEACH (17) is facing the starter for the first time. By Maurice and hails from the Shinsuke Hashiguchi stable. Top-three chance. |

Allowance Race 1400m
RHATISCHE (14) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage seventh over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Has good form this course and change of rider. The testing material on his best form. BODY BLOW (4) is a handy four-year-old entire who returned from a break last start and finished one length away in second over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt. Unbeaten this trip and drawn much better this time. Even fitter and is an excellent winning chance. CURREN WHAT'S UP (2) finished third over 1800m at Niigata Dirt at his most recent appearance on August 23. Consistent fresh record. Definite top-three chance. PAVIA (1) returned from a spell five weeks ago when she was beaten 4 lengths into fifth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Fitter and sure to run well. |

Allowance Race 1200m
MEISHO GOLD (7) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1150m at Fukushima Dirt. Has his share of ability. Won only try third-up. Change of rider and expected to go close. AIME LA VIE (3) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Fukushima, beaten 3 lengths. Fresh run better than it looked. Strips fitter and can feature. ASCOT EYE (2) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Niigata Dirt, beaten 6 lengths. Has never missed the frame second up. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. TWO PIECE (14) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish 15th over 1150m at Fukushima Dirt in a disappointing performance. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. |

Allowance Race 1400m
SANTANKA (6) ran fourth at his latest appearance over 1400m at Kyoto, finishing 1.1 lengths from the winner as favourite. Sure to prove tough to stop. BERSA (7) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just a neck away in second over 1400m at Kyoto after being in the firing line all the way. Has the speed to be prominent from the outset. Looks well placed this line-up so expect another big run. EIGEN HAARD (8) is back at the races for the first time since August 24. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1400m at this track. One to consider. NOBORI RIANT (1) is back from a break of four-and-a-half months. Closed last campaign with a narrow defeat over 1400m at this track. Definite top-three chance. |

INUYAMA TOKUBETSU 1800m
CAFE ALLORO (8) finished 12th over 2000m at Nakayama at her most recent appearance on September 28. Goes well fresh and at the course and distance. Looks a winning chance. VENT FRAIS (1) was comfortably accounted for when ninth last start over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt, beaten 6 lengths. That followed a good first-up win at Tokyo Dirt. Rarely out of the money fresh. Could prove too smart for these. JUVENTAS (15) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by one length over 1700m at Fukushima Dirt. Open to plenty of improvement and is among the winning hopes again. TAMAMO NAPOLI (13) improved last start when second up from a break, finishing 4 lengths adrift in fourth over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Winning rider Y Iwata sticks. Not to be discounted. |

SHIMA TOKUBETSU 1600m
TERRA MERITA (13) lines up for the first time since September 27. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1600m at Hanshin. Was overdue when last in work and comes here with definite claims. G T DRESS (10) came from well back on the turn to score last time out over 1600m at Kyoto. Mirai Iwata who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Leading contender. WISMAR (9) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just one length from the winner in third over 1600m at Kyoto after being in the firing line on the corner. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. MATENRO BRAVO (1) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at Kyoto, beaten 3.5 lengths into ninth. Better than recent efforts suggest. |

THE CHAMPIONS CUP 1800m
NARUKAMI (12) scored by 3 lengths last start at Ohi over 2000m after he was in contention on the corner. Still improving. Speedy colt beaten just once in six runs and will take catching. WILSON TESORO (8) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fifth and beaten 11 lengths over 1800m at Funabashi. Talented galloper placed three times this level. Placed 2/3 this course and distance and looks a serious threat. W HEART BOND (2) scored by a neck when resuming last start in the G3 Miyako Stakes at Kyoto Dirt. Won 6/6 this trip and 3/3 this course and distance. Low draw and will take running down. SIXPENCE (11) went forward over 1600m at Morioka Dirt last time but found one better. Christophe Lemaire has scored on him four times and is back in the saddle. Unbeaten at trip and expected to feature. |

SAKAE TOKUBETSU 2200m
ASKCOMMENTALLEZVOU (10) scored a commanding win at Hanshin over 2200m at his latest appearance on September 15. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent fresh. YAMANIN HISTORIA (3) finished second, beaten 0.8 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 2400m at Kyoto after he was prominent at the corner. Overdue for a win. Improver with winning prospects. HO O RAVEN (6) did little and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over 2000m at Niigata last start, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Kyoto the run before. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. MEISHO ISLE (1) ran a better race last start, finishing 2.5 lengths away in fifth over 2000m at Fukushima. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time. |
