Finds a much easier assignment after running eighth over 1200m in the G2 Silver Shadow Stakes at Randwick on August 23. Fitted with a trial win over 737m. Main contender with the claim. LITIGATE (7) snagged back from the wide draw on resumption when fifth over 1000m at Wyong. Gets a better set-up for this and stays in the mix. INFANT WARRIOR (5) returns from a lengthy break. Struck trouble at the start on debut when seventh over 900m at Newcastle. Primed for his return with a trial win over 799m at Warwick Farm. Can take a hand in the finish. FIRE 'N' STONE (4) Farnan filly from Enstone on debut for the Archibald yard. Has the two trials and gets in light with the claim. Respect. SUGGESTED PLAY: Nullarbor Jane should prove too strong for these. |

Strong tempo expected with Apollo Ridge, Pombia and Stormzino prominent. APOLLO RIDGE (2) was sent out favourite when held up badly in the straight at his second run back when fifth over 900m at Newcastle. Finds a fairly average Maiden today and no excuses over this trip. LORD SEYMOUR (4) forced to cover plenty of ground from the sticky draw when a fading fifth over 1250m at Newcastle. Stable rider goes on and can bounce back here. TENDI (9) resumes from a five-month break and fitted with the two trials. Well placed over this trip and can surprise fresh with the claim. LUCKY MONKEY (5) last two runs on the country tracks have been okay and comes here in peak condition. Blinkers go on and can run into the minor money. POMBIA (7) could be close to a win after putting a couple of placings together. SUGGESTED PLAY: Apollo Ridge can get off the mark. |

Moderate pace from Balmain Warrior taking it up with Agent Zero and Mochima on his back. BALMAIN WARRIOR (3) raced handy on debut when a tenacious fifth over 1400m at Scone. Only has to hold that form to get off the mark. AGENT ZERO (1) appreciated the extra ground when he gripped on late to finish second over 1400m at Canberra. Near his top now and should have little trouble playing a leading role at this level. PRESUMPTUOUS GAL (8) dropped back a level and relished the mile when a solid nose second at Nowra. Can stalk the pace and take a hand in the finish. ROYAL PRINCESS (9) better effort last start when third over 1600m at Gosford. Place hope only. MOCHIMA (6) tested from the wide draw on resumption and look for an improved effort over the mile. SUGGESTED PLAY: Balmain Warrior and Agent Zero can fight it out. |

Strong tempo assured from Scorched Lane and Cassie's Lad leading the charge. ASSOCIATE (4) indicated a win was imminent when coming from near last on the turn with an eye catching fourth over 1400m at Kembla Grange. Ready for the trip fourth-up and regular rider hops back aboard. PRINCE OF SORTS (1) comes back a few levels for this and had genuine excuses at latest when covered plenty of ground in the run for a tiring eleventh over 2000m at Rosehill. Gets the right set-up today and sure to play a pivotal role. TOM CRUISING (3) gone to a new level this campaign and shapes as a leading prospect again. Surged late from back in the pack when saluting over 1600m at Kembla Grange. Can land the prize. SCORCHED LANE (2) jumps in trip after being nailed on the line when a courageous second over 1500m at this track. Will be in this for a long way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Associate finds his race. |

G'day Ausbred is the likely leader at a strong tempo. YESNOVA (5) snagged back from the draw on resumption when a fast finishing third over 1200m at Gosford. Gets a similar set-up for this and will be charging late. G'DAY AUSBRED (6) sound debut before struggling at the 1500m when sixth at Kembla Grange. Kept fresh and will hold a forward position. Each way. ARIZONA LONER (1) not that far away on debut at the big odds when a close-up seventh over 1250m at Canterbury. Will drift back and be saved for one crack at them. SO REBELLIOUS (8) comes here with a fitness edge over most of these and can get cover from the draw. Improver. LETHAL LOVE (11) had no luck from the wide draw at latest over 1200m at Gosford. Not a great deal of pressure likely in the small field, with Kuwait a potential leader. JAMARNI (6) strengthened over the break and returned in good style when a fast finishing third over 1200m at Kembla Grange. Will appreciate the claim again and looking for this trip and further now. SHE SWINGS (5) big winner here two-back, before charging late in a slowly run contest when second over 1400m at Newcastle. Leading apprentice goes on and hard fit now. Main danger. CRIMSON MISS (4) strong fresh performer resuming. Beat Maid Of Moolah at her first Australian start over 1300m at Kembla Grange on a heavy track. Given the one trial and must be kept safe. HOMERIC (2) resumes after having a decent prep last time in. Returns with the one 900m trial placing and will be doing his best work late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Jamarni is expected to go close. |

Genuine tempo with No Statement leading the way. SUPER FREDS (9) tough gelding well graded here with the 3kg claim. Went out fast before tiring late when third over 1000m at Muswellbrook. Not far behind Bremel two-back and gets his chance. MR ROCK IT (1) comes to hand quickly and finds an easier test with the claim. Chipped away late on resumption when fourth over 1000m at Kembla Grange. Best form is over this trip and gets the right run. TRUMPER (5) well bred gelding who swept down the outside when resuming for a tough maiden win over 900m at Newcastle. Strips fitter and will appreciate the good tempo. LADY ZODIAC (6) lone victory came at this track and trip and returns with the two trials. Having her first run for the Fabio Martino yard and likely to go back from the sticky gate. Keep safe.
