NUM TIME COMMENT
1 02:35 Race 1 1300m
TORTINA (5) was safely held two back then appreciated the easier company last time and gave a sight in front when placed over this course and distance. Tackles similar class here and rates highly on best. The one to beat. J L TIDE (7) is yet to break through after five career starts. Could only manage to finish fifth last time out over 1400m at this track following a minor placing at this track the run prior. Best figures measure right up for this. PIKO CHIMACHI (11) went forward from the low draw last start and sat on the pace before sticking on well to finish second over 900m at this track. In the right race and is a winning hope. KYOEI RED (8) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third here. Can build off that and is among the main hopes.
2 03:05 Race 2 1300m
NAMURA PEARL (9) improved last time out, finishing third at the end of 1400m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. JUN KACHIGARASU (10) is finding the breakthrough elusive but has best figures that measure up. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will be tough to hold out. FAMILY (8) has struggled to threaten of late but comes into calculations as a place chance in a thin contest. Managed to finish second here earlier in the preparation. A repeat effort has her fighting out the finish. A SHIN CORAZON (6) next best.
3 03:35 Race 3 1400m
MARIA BOUQUET (9) was prominent at the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over this track and trip. Well placed to go one better. SMILE BROCKEN (7) hasn't raced for a long time but did show ability at his only start back on June 30 2024 when second over 900m at this track. May need the run but he looks to have his share of ability. Don't take lightly. HELEN TESORO (8) improved last start but found one better, after being prominent at the bend. Best figures measure up. Should run well. NAMURA EMMY (6) finished fifth at her most recent appearance here. Holds genuine each-way claims in this line-up. Don't dismiss.
4 04:10 Race 4 1400m
REEF AQUARIUM (10) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at this track. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Finds a suitable race and can make it to the winner's circle. CIRQUE D'HIVER (1) was well in the market but disappointed backers last time when sixth here. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Drawn to advantage and should be in this for a long way. UNE BRISE (6) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track. Expected to run well again. DANTSU PHANTOM (7) finished fourth at his most recent outing here. Has each-way claims on best figures.
5 04:40 Race 5 1400m
RAIN CHECK (4) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second here after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. MAYS (9) is going well with three minor placings from four starts this time in work. Continued the trend last start when third here after she was always up in the leading division. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HIRONYAN (2) finished just shy of the frame in fourth last start here in an blanket finish, an improvement on his sixth at this track the run before. Nicely placed to play a major role. MISCHABEL (11) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third here. Best figures measure up. Deserves another chance.
6 05:10 Race 6 1300m
FRANCINA TESORO (8) returned last time with a solid second at this track over this track and trip after being prominent at the turn. Suitably placed to crack the maiden win. GATLIN TESORO (4) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third here. Nicely placed to play a major role. LAST PRINCESS (2) is knocking on the door and is destined to strike through soon. Has found some form now and comes right into calculations in a race lacking depth. JUNE ALLEGRO (7) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing fifth. Better than that last run suggests and is worth keeping safe.
7 05:45 Race 7 1300m
TELEOS MINA (6) has scored at her last five starts, most recently by 2.5 lengths over 1300m at this track as favourite. In red-hot form and is a big chance once again. The one to beat. POPPING BERRY (5) doesn't win out of turn but left a good impression last time out when beaten narrowly into third here. Can run well again and take this out. SUN NERINE (1) improved last start but found one better over 1400m here, only beaten 1.3 lengths. The engagement of Yoshiki Yamada is a positive move. Likely improver with strong prospects. ORIENTAL KING (4) resumes from a spell of four-and-a-half months and is having his first outing under new trainer Sameshima Katsuya. Drops significantly in grade for this first-up assignment and is worth keeping safe.
8 06:20 Race 8 1400m
T M DAITAKA (3) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant 5 lengths win over 1300m at this track to make it two in succession. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Likely to feature. TAKENO EIKO (9) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out here over this journey. Should be close to the speed despite the draw. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. CURL MAJI (8) hasn't been as effective of late but there's prior form that measures right up for this. Worth another chance on best figures. SUBATOMIC (4) hasn't fired a shot in her two runs back so far but has been tackling much tougher company. This is her first run for the Shizuo Oshima stable and gets a sharp drop in grade. Worth keeping safe.
9 06:55 Race 9 1400m
FIRST RICKEY (1) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and sat just off the lead, eventually drawing away to score with a bit in hand over this journey here. Distance specialist with 11 wins and four minor placings from 22 runs. Leading contender. AMALFI (6) met with solid support last start here when fourth. Toru Takeyoshi has scored on him six times and is back in the saddle. Bold showing expected. GURENNO ARASHI (5) is a distance specialist but did little last time here over a longer trip, a less impressive effort than his first-up sixth at this track the run before. Drops back to his favoured trip for his third-up assignment and has the talent to give this a big shake. ANEROID (2) could sneak into the frame if he brings his A-game.
10 07:30 Race 10 1400m
MEINER WARRIOR (4) is in terrific form, putting together quite a significant picket fence. Went fast early again and went on to score comfortably last time out over this track and trip. Draws well and is clearly the one to beat. ACCEL OSO (6) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing third and only 2 lengths from the winner here. Will have to be at his very best to offer some sort of threat to the favourite but deserves respect as a genuine top-three chance. ROSSO (10) ran a better race and finished 2.25 lengths away in fourth last time out here. Finds a nice race and can figure in the placings. PATRIOT GAME (3) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time. Each-way chance on best efforts.
11 08:05 Race 11 1800m
HAPPY RUNNA (1) produced a reasonable effort when second last start over 1750m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot make amends. LITTLE IDOL (10) bounced back last start and got the job done by half a length after being prominent at the turn over 1400m at this track. Facing a tougher assignment but she is worth serious consideration. TSUMO (9) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over a similar trip here. Well placed and is among the key chances. FINAL SWORD (2) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 1750m at this track last time out. Hard to fault of late and deserves genuine consideration.
12 08:40 Race 12 1400m
Very tough race to assess with the runners engaged lacking any form worth following up on. MADAM SCHIEFER (6) is the pick of a weak bunch. Finished seventh last time at this track in a disappointing performance when in the market. Has figures that are good enough to be very competitive in a race lacking depth. SUIMO AMAIMO (12) could only manage eighth at her most recent appearance over 1300m here. With a weak field engaged this offers her a great chance of breaking through. AILES VEGA (8) is another that finds the maiden win elusive but now comes into calculations in a weak contest. Her sixth here last start on October 26 could be good enough to see her be involved in the finish. SHISHINO POLE STAR (9) next best in a poor contest.
