Finke and Sandhill Warrior can push forward early. FINKE is a talent and should be suited at this trip after a freshen up having won his only previous attempt at the distance. Won here two starts back and looks suited in this grade. Some of these have had a few chances. FINKE has run pretty well since coming back from Darwin. It was a good win two back and then he was fair in an Open handicap. Just back a furlong and down in grade a little won't hurt. IT AND A BIT has had a freshen up but had run some honest events. This is probably his best journey. The 2kg off is positive. SHEEZ ON TOP has never won here but placed nearly 50% of the time. Gets a great run in transit from the barrier. DANCES ON STARS has first run since arriving from NSW. Was taking on better horses there. SUGGESTED PLAY: Banking on the freshness of Finke to get him home at this trip.
