Good speed in this with Adhere and Alseeya the most likely to take it up. ADHERE does not looks far away from a win having now placed in five of her six starts, following a good run for second when returning over 1200m at this course last start. Up to the 1300m should suit today and she will be hard to beat. ALSEEYA will lead off the 2 gate and has placed his last four. Missed by a lip here last time as favourite and the 3kg claim assists again. VILLA CORTONA debuts for the sharp Vandyke yard with Orman booked. Was last seen in Hawkesbury trial in May and needs to be kept very safe. ADHERE found one better resuming when backed into the red and brought strong form to that. Browne sticks and the mare gets the winkers first time. HIGH WIND and MADAM SHAZAM look next best in a good contest.
SUGGESTED PLAY: Adhere close to a win and happy to play him straight out.
