Big field is sure to generate plenty of speed. Gates will play an important role here in a big field with just 300m or so to the first bend. Speed galore engaged right across the line so a frantic tempo looks assured. RHYME NOR RHYTHM has been saved for this from an earlier race and it looks an astute move as he ticks all the boxes. Settled handy then made a mess of them at Toowoomba first up over 1000m as a 4/11 favourite. Very honest performer last prep but looks to have taken the next step this time in work. Gets in beautifully and from gate five will position just off the pace. Stablemate JUST A BULLET appeals off a seven day back up. Led and stuck on gamely to be beaten under a length in a busy finish over this distance at Eagle Farm last Saturday. Very fit now and from the good draw will be prominent for a long way. TYZONE is a very consistent sprinter trying to make it six wins from nine runs. Had no luck at all last start over this trip at Eagle Farm in a forgive run. Having his first run for a new stable today and looks sure to run well down in the weights. FLO JO SNIP is racing well but the gate is a concern. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tyzone each way.
