Strong tempo anticipated and Dreams Aplenty looks the most likely to lead. A run of about 300m to the turn out of the back straight. Big field and plenty of speed engaged so good barriers will play a role. For that reason the promising 3YO DREAMS APLENTY out of the inside gate looks tough to beat. Has not raced since failing at his only run last campaign in the Danehill Stks down the Flemington straight. Counted amongst his best runs prior to that a very close 2nd in the Sires Produce at this track over 1350m as a Winter 2YO. Speedy customer who will give them something to catch while fresh. JUST ORM improved sharply last start to score over 1050m at this track despite being caught off the track. Continues to improve and like the fact that Jim Byrne stays aboard; he his piloted this gelding to both his wins. BOLD ADVENTURE scored a stunning victory first up over 1100m at Ipswich, coming from a rearward position on the corner to win running away. That was his first run since switching from Tulloch Lodge so further improvement seems likely. COURTZA KING, FRENCH CONCESSION and VINTAGE BEAUTY are racing well and can keep improving. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dreams Aplenty straight out resuming back in grade.
