Tom Melbourne should roll forward today and looks the most likely to lead. Stratum Star looks the one who will lead them up. Tom Melbourne is capable of running along at a strong tempo but they seem intent on settling him off speed this time in. JAMEKA doesn't have to be far off them. She was back and running on off a solid tempo first up in the Orr but out to 1800m with that run under the belt she can position within striking distance and based on how she looked first up she's near enough to her peak to be winning here. HUMIDOR is a horse with big upside. Third up here and has been building towards a peak run in his two runs leading in. Tougher test for him now but tipping he measures right up. THE UNITED STATES is more than capable of winning here. Query is whether he is ready to fire first up from a break but he has to be given maximum respect given his ability. Won the Crystal Mile off a break in the spring and did it with plenty in hand. Stratum Star is tough and honest and looks to get a favourable run. Done some travelling but no reason to think he won't make himself hard to beat again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Play multiples around Jameka, Humidor and Stratum Star.
