THE THUG should push forward again from the wide draw to take up the lead. Hokkaido should be positive and Beau Padrille can kick forward from a slightly awkward draw. Expecting an even tempo. The step up to 1800m could see NOZOMI improve sharply today. Very good first up at Flemington and then found the line in a strong race here last time. Drops sharply in class and gets out to a trip that should be within his winning range. Plenty to like. THE THUG comes back slightly in trip off a good win last time. Beat a handy enough horse in Morning Mix and think that the form will hold up well at this level. ELECTRIC FUSION is ticking over okay. Sandown run two back was good and did enough last time to think that a race like this is still within range. Distant Rock broke through for a well deserved win last time. Could go on with it now that he has got that win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Play multiples around The Thug, Electric Fusion and Nozomi.
