Joueur will push forward and take up the lead. Joueur or You Es Commander will take up the running here in what should be a reasonable test for the stayers. AMTHAAL was ridden a little closer last start and gave a great sight, just beaten out of a place in a frantic finish over the mile at Gatton. Big step up in distance here but looks up to the challenge. YOU ES COMMANDER took a sit last time out over 2450m at Beaudesert then overcame some trouble in running to score. Gets in well after the claim and is certain to be strong through the line. MONACO SNOB did his best work late when 4th over the mile at the Sunshine Coast recently. Getting better with each run this prep and looks well placed out to this trip now. LUCY LE ROC is very honest and cannot be left out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Amthaal for the win.
