No clear leader so doubt they will set much of a pace early. ROCK ON is racing well, running on strongly at Trentham last time after a win at the same course. Freshened for the drop in trip but has been kept up the mark with a trial. Intriguing St Leger Trial as no lack of stamina in many of these but the quality of several is dubious. The pace in the race looks modest but some pressure will come across the top from those that can stay to weed out those that think they can or in fact cannot. ROCK ON and O'REILLY'S DANCER are the superior top two. Both have won three races. The rider going for the former has been on the latter of late but he does have a near faultless record on this 4yo. The latter won last start by daylight like middle distance is his domination area. The only other three-race winner in the field ALL IN VOGUE has to be the next best. Rising 2.5kg but once in form usually holds it. The maiden run on filly Shared Secrets at 54kg is a threat. She has Oaks written all over her. Hot In High Heels the visitor has a nice rising change and is one for overs. SUGGESTED PLAY: Happy to back both Rock On and O'Reilly's Dancer.
